This is not the time only to speak; this is the time to work for the better present and future of the public, youth, and children. During the official visit to Kathmandu from 26 April to 10 May 2019, I was mentally preparing a plan to visit somewhere near Kathmandu. I shared my wish with Ganesh Raj Bhatt, whom I consider an elder brother. He was also interested in traveling to a nearby area of Kathmandu. On 3 May 2019, we sketched a rough plan to visit Tatopani, Sindhupalchok. Meanwhile, we met a friend from the same district and had a brief discussion about the location and the current road conditions. We decided to leave the next day.
